Appointment & Cancellations
All the Dermatologists, at Mulekar Clinic are highly trained and approved in accordance with the clinic’s treatment protocols. You are requested to make prior appointments with your preference of doctor in advance. You can reach us on +91 9820432532. If you walk-in, there are chances you may not be able to meet the doctor, if she/he is travelling or unavailable.
We kindly request you to intimate us 24 hours prior, if you wish to cancel the appointment. Failure to re-schedule or cancel, will result in loss of treatment, and your advance/deposit is liable to be forfeited.
Please try and come 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment so necessary paperwork is completed. We will, in your best interest, try and ensure that your appointment runs on time. In case we need to cancel/reschedule your appointment at short notice, due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Mulekar Clinic believes in helping its patients/clients as far as possible, and has Therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:– Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of making the payment
– However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the payment has been already remitted into the account of service provider (Mulekar Clinic)
In the above case the decision of repayment to the patient/client will be taken by Mulekar Clinic and appropriate action will be initiated
Our doctors will assess the person through an initial consultation and will suggest whether the treatment is suitable, or which type of treatment is advisable, what are the success rates and what are the possible outcomes. You will be liable for the initial cost of consultation where applicable. The cost of the actual treatment will be conveyed to you by our manager once assessment is complete.
Once the treatment plan is booked, it is done on the understanding that the client will complete the duration of the treatment plan. Mulekar Clinic will not be held responsible for patients changing their minds and will not offer any type of refund on these plans, unless with exceptional circumstances where the client is found to be unsuitable due to health reasons.
It is the patient’s responsibility to provide, Mulekar Clinic, with all the relevant medical details before any type of treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of patient’s failure to disclose such details.
The patient agrees to abide with all instructions given to him/her by Mulekar Clinic, or on behalf of Mulekar Clinic, by the doctor, regarding post treatment care. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Mulekar Clinic’s/doctor’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from patient’s negligence.
Mulekar Clinic is not liable for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit), or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any services to the patients.
Complaints & Grievance
Mulekar Clinic thrives to treat all patients fairly and compassionately. However, if you have any issue with regard to the treatment, you are entitled to take the same up, with the management. The team of Mulekar Clinic will be happy to help you.
During the process, you might be required to have an additional consult with the doctor. If not satisfied to resolve the issue, the clinic’s Director will review your case.
Fees and Discounts
At Mulekar Clinic, we are sensitive towards the patient’s economic background. Those wishing to avail discounts, will be directed towards our management, who, based on their findings will render necessary help to the patient. Allowance of discount will completely be on the discretion of the management.
In case of surgeries, sometimes multiple sessions or repeat surgeries are required, depending on case to case basis. For repeat surgeries, as per standard protocol, the patient will be charged half the amount which has been charged for the first time. For new sessions, the charge will be applicable as fixed for the new patient charges, unless otherwise decided by the management.
